Shipping Policy

At NEXUS COMMERCE CORPORATION, we believe the unboxing experience is just as important as the watch itself. Every United Jewel timepiece ships from our fulfillment operation in the United States, ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently.

1. PROCESSING TIME & QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

Every watch is more than just a product — it is a precision instrument. Before any package leaves our facility, it undergoes a strict Quality Assurance Protocol:

  • Movement Accuracy Test: Ensuring the automatic mechanism is properly calibrated.
  • Cosmetic Inspection: Checking for any scratches on the sapphire crystal or case.
  • Function Check: Verifying crown operation, date wheel alignment, and clasp integrity.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order verification, quality testing, and packaging. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.


2. USA SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum, no conditions.

  • Shipping Method: USPS / UPS Priority
    Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

Note: Delivery estimates begin after your order clears our QC and processing period (1–3 business days).


3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier's system.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and contacting the local courier if a delivery attempt is missed.

4. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For U.S. Customers: All orders ship domestically within the United States. No customs duties apply.


5. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package exceeds the estimated delivery time significantly or if tracking has stalled:

  1. Check with your local post office or courier first.
  2. If they cannot locate it, please contact us at hello@unitedjewel.net.

We will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that we cannot issue a replacement or refund for items marked as "Lost" until the courier investigation is concluded or the item is returned to us.
