Return Policy

We stand behind every piece we sell. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact your manager and we will make it right.
1. THE 30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
We want you to love your watch. If for any reason it is not right, return within 30 days of delivery. Your manager will guide you through the process — no runaround, no hidden conditions.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Packaging: Item must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective plastics.
- Condition: Watch must be unworn and in original, unused condition.
- Authenticity Certificate: The Authenticity Certificate must accompany the return.
- Hologram Seal: The Authenticity Hologram Sticker should remain intact where applicable. (The hologram is your proof of authenticity and helps us process your return faster — please keep it intact during your decision period.)
- Straps & Bracelets: Must be returned in original condition, unworn.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact your named manager directly or email us at hello@unitedjewel.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and your manager will handle everything from there.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage beyond normal inspection will not be eligible for return. Custom or engraved orders are final sale.
6. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange for a different variant (color or stone), contact your manager. Exchanges are handled the same way as returns — 30-day window, same conditions.
