Materials and Specifications
Materials, movements, dimensions, and stone types vary by model and selected variant. Please review the specifications on each product page before ordering.
- Case and glass: Case material and glass type are specified for each model; they are not the same across every United Jewel watch.
- Stone options: Iced Crystal and Moissanite options are available on selected models. Choose the variant that matches your preference and review its specifications.
- Movement and size: Movement type and case dimensions vary by model and variant.
- Water resistance: Follow the rating and care instructions stated on the individual product page. Do not assume a watch is suitable for swimming or submersion.
Fulfillment and After-Sales Support
U.S. orders are prepared in Brooklyn, New York. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. Standard U.S. shipping is free. Our timepieces include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use; coverage and exclusions are set out in our Terms of Service.
We offer a clear 14-day return request window. Customers may visually inspect their order after delivery, but a return is accepted only when the timepiece remains completely unused, unworn, unaltered, and sealed. Every eligible return is subject to inspection under our Return Policy.
