How to Delete Your Data

If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our systems, please email us at hello@unitedjewel.net with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address you used when interacting with our website or social media app, and we will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA regulations.

For Facebook and Instagram users

You can also revoke our app's access to your data by visiting Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → IonApp → Remove. This will instruct Meta to remove your data from our app.

What happens after your request

Upon receiving your verified request, we will: (1) confirm receipt within 7 days; (2) delete personal data we hold about you including order history, account information, and any tracking identifiers tied to your email; (3) instruct our processors (Shopify, Meta, payment providers) to remove derived data within 30 days; (4) send you a confirmation email when deletion is complete. Some records may be retained for legal compliance (tax records 7 years, fraud prevention up to 5 years) as permitted by law.
